American Eagle Outfitters Mexico is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales by providing friendly, knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat and presentable.

You will promote AE loyalty programs, assist customers with styling, process transactions accurately, and work with the team to meet goals while adapting to a fast-paced retail environment. Evenings, weekends and holidays may be required.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and staff.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to perform all Essential Job Functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on their style and trends.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and other brand channels.
• Execute register sales transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment to floorsets and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and with leadership support.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies.
