American Eagle Outfitters Inc. in Mexico seeks a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales. You will keep the store neat, presentable, and aligned with AEO standards, while helping customers explore key looks and current promotions.

You will be knowledgeable about AE loyalty programs, assist in transactions, and collaborate with the store team to meet daily goals and uphold brand values.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers, sales leadership team and associates.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods, with reach/bend/stoo p to handle products.
• Available to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs and informing customers about each program.
• Leverage company tools and technology to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Provide support to fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting looks and incorporating latest trends based on individual style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands across channels and partnerships.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned items to proper locations and manage damaged merchandise per SOP.
