American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Ciudad de Mexico to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and drive daily sales. You will leverage AE loyalty programs, knowledge of product lines, and current trends to assist customers and support teammates.

The role requires flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays, with a focus on maintaining a neat, safe, and well-presented store environment while using store technology to enhance customer engagement.

Formación

• Retail experience in customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers, sales leadership and peers.
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate and work well in a team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Comfort with using technology to assist sales and customer service.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently deliver the AEO Customer First selling standards to create a positive shopping experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Explain loyalty programs and assist customers with AE rewards and promotions.
• Use store systems to provide product knowledge and engage customers to maximize sales.
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks and customer interactions.
• Assist customers with outfit recommendations and current trends, reflecting individual style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands across channels to drive loyalty and awareness.
• Process register transactions accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and damaged merchandise to correct locations and maintain a neat store.
• Keep the sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom clean and safe.
• Efficiently handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishments following SOPs.
• Address customer concerns promptly in line with company policy and with a customer-first mindset.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
