American Eagle Outfitters in Mexico (AE Mexico) is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience, meet daily sales goals, and reinforce AE loyalty programs. You will guide customers with product knowledge, maintain a neat store, and support teammates while handling transactions efficiently.

The role emphasizes teamwork, adaptability for a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, and strong customer service skills as part of AE’s brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AE Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers to maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer with looks and trends based on their style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately following cash control procedures.
• Restock returns to the correct location; label and place damaged merchandise appropriately.
• Maintain neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting room, and stockroom.
• Handle shipment processing, floorsets, markdowns, and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with leadership.
• Understand and adhere to all company policy and procedures.
