American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive sales, and uphold brand standards.

You will engage customers with knowledge of products, loyalty programs, and current promotions while maintaining a neat, organized store environment and accurate cash handling. You will collaborate with the store management team to meet daily targets, assist in stock replenishment, and promote AE and aerie across channels.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use tools to provide product knowledge and engage customers to maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style to outfit customers.
• Promote awareness of AEO and aerie brands and introduce customers to additional channels.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations; label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain neat and safe store environment including sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
• Handle merchandise from shipment processing to replenishment following SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and with customer satisfaction in mind, with store leadership as needed.
• Understand and adhere to all company policies and procedures.
