American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional customer experience and drive daily sales goals in our Mexico retail stores. You will use AE loyalty programs, share product knowledge, and help customers put together outfits that reflect current trends.

You will support teammates, maintain a neat store, and process transactions efficiently while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Formación

• Excellent verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate.
• Able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Provide exceptional customer service to achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use store technology to share product knowledge and boost sales.
• Support colleagues and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest outfits and trend-based looks to customers.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and cross-channel engagement.
• Process sales transactions quickly and accurately.
• Restock returns and manage damaged items per procedures.
• Maintain neat and safe sales floor and back area.
• Handle merchandise flow from shipment to replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns per policy with leadership support.
• Follow all company policies and procedures.
