Job summary

Jobgether is seeking an Onboarding Engineer based in Mexico to lead the technical implementation of customer onboarding for a fast-growing SaaS platform. You will drive API integrations, data mapping, CRM setup, and security configurations while coordinating with Onboarding, Sales, and Engineering teams.

Ideal candidates bring 3–4 years in B2B SaaS onboarding, strong problem-solving and communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple onboarding programs end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years in B2B SaaS onboarding or related field.
• Hands-on API, data integration and configuration experience.
• Clear written and verbal communication for varied stakeholders.
• Experience guiding customer implementations end-to-end.

Responsibilities

• Lead technical setup of onboarding incl. API integrations and data mapping.
• Coordinate full onboarding lifecycle with Onboarding Manager.
• Diagnose and resolve integration issues and configuration challenges.
• Create and maintain onboarding runbooks and guides.
• Collaborate with Engineering to document bugs and improvements.
• Work with Customer Success to ensure smooth handoff post-onboarding.
• Define and monitor onboarding metrics like time-to-value.
• Proactively flag risks and propose mitigations to keep projects on track.
• Support customer communications on technical requirements and timelines.
• Mentor future onboarding engineers and improve scalable practices.
