Job summary

Numeral is seeking an Onboarding Manager to lead client onboarding from signed contract to go-live in a fast-paced fintech SaaS environment in Mexico City.

You will guide founders and finance teams through tax registrations, data transfers and platform setup while coordinating with product, engineering and support teams to remove bottlenecks and improve playbooks. Fluency in English (C1) and Spanish is required, with a hands-on, proactive mindset.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in Implementation, Onboarding, Customer Success, Technical Account Management or Operations.
• Hands-on experience with API integrations and technical customer onboarding.
• Strong customer communication, in English (C1) and Spanish.
• Ownership and operational rigor: you handle many accounts at once without dropping details.
• Bias for action and comfort working cross-functionally.
• A startup mindset and strong motivation to grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end onboarding for a high-volume book of business, with 20+ active implementations at a time.
• Guide clients through tax registrations, data imports and platform configuration until they reach go-live.
• Troubleshoot API integrations and data flows, and explain technical details clearly to non-technical founders and finance teams.
• Reduce time-to-value by spotting bottlenecks and working with cross-functional teams to remove them.
• Turn customer feedback into clear input for the Product and Engineering teams.
• Help create documentation, help-center articles and internal playbooks that let the team scale.
