Mitratech is seeking a Customer Onboarding & Implementation specialist in Mexico to lead the onboarding of new customers from kickoff through implementation, configuring accounts, access, and workflows while ensuring quality and timelines.

The role requires 1–3 years in customer onboarding or related fields, strong organizational and communication skills, and a customer-focused mindset. The position supports cross-functional collaboration and process improvements in a dynamic tech environment.

Formación

• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer success, or related role.
• Experience with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology-based solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding for new customers from kickoff to implementation completion.
• Configure accounts, user access, settings, and workflows with QA testing and validation.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and provide status updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Maintain clear customer communication and address questions or concerns promptly.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth transitions to ongoing account management.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding processes and maintain accurate documentation.
