Mitratech is seeking a detail-oriented Customer Onboarding & Implementation Specialist in Mexico to guide new customers from kickoff to go-live. You will configure accounts, manage timelines, and ensure successful handoffs to account management and support.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years in customer onboarding or related roles, experience with SaaS platforms, and strong organizational and communication skills. This role offers a collaborative, diverse, and fast-paced environment.

Formación

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Technology, Project Management, Information Systems, or a related field preferred.
• Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant work experience will be considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, customer success, account management, technical support, or a related customer-facing role.
• Experience managing multiple projects, customer relationships, or onboarding activities preferred.
• Experience working with SaaS platforms, enterprise software, or technology-based solutions preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.
• Demonstrated commitment to delivering exceptional customer experiences and successful project outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Lead customer onboarding and implementation from kickoff through completion.
• Configure customer accounts, user access, settings, and workflows; perform QA testing.
• Manage multiple implementation projects and communicate status updates.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through clear, timely communication.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth transitions.
• Suggest improvements to onboarding processes and maintain accurate records.
