Formación

• Proven experience leading technical teams or functions.

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and technical support for customers.
• Build and manage integration and support engineering team.
• Troubleshoot software and infrastructure issues.
• Collaborate with development team on feedback and improvements.

• Design tools for technical onboarding and issue resolution.
