Job summary

Deliverect is seeking an Implementation Consultant to drive complex SaaS deployments for SMB to enterprise clients. You will configure platforms, integrate POS and online ordering systems, and train clients to ensure successful adoption.

The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration with Sales, Customer Success, and Engineering, with a hybrid schedule in Mexico City: 3 days in the office and 2 days remote.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years in technical implementation or customer support in SaaS.
• Led SaaS implementations for mid-market to enterprise clients.
• Proficient with APIs and data integrations; Postman testing.
• Experience with POS systems and online ordering platforms.
• Strong communication across technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead multiple implementation projects and manage timelines with cross-functional teams.
• Configure the Deliverect platform for client needs, including POS and ordering platforms; use Postman for testing.
• Conduct client and partner training; provide hands-on post-implementation support.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues during implementation; escalate when needed.
• Coordinate with Product and Engineering to relay client feedback and oversee handoffs to Customer Success.
• Identify process improvements to streamline implementations and enhance client experience.
