ABB in Mexico’s Robotics Service segment is seeking a Service Sales Manager to drive service sales, build long-term customer relationships, and secure profitable opportunities within the Installed Base. The role emphasizes promoting ABB’s service portfolio, market analysis, and cross-functional collaboration in a hybrid work setting.

You will focus on generating new service opportunities, leading campaigns, and coordinating with customers and ABB teams to enhance service penetration and customer

Formación

• 3+ years of experience in technical service sales, preferably in automation and/or robotics.
• Knowledge of the automotive market and general industry.
• Experience with sales management tools, preferably Salesforce.
• Advanced English.
• Willingness to travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Electronic, or Mechatronic Engineering.

Responsabilidades

• Penetrate Installed Base by promoting upgrades, retrofits, and value-added solutions.
• Understand channel strategy, establish pricing, prepare sales plans, and propose recovery plans.
• Generate service sales leads and develop new market opportunities by analyzing market trends.
• Act as marketer and salesperson for ABB’s service products and solutions during campaigns, trade fairs, and meetings.
