ABB in Mexico City is seeking a Service Manager to lead the service organization, drive the P&L, and implement the service strategy for profitable growth. You will work to optimize resources and ensure high service productivity within the LATAM unit.

You will drive consistent development of processes, maintain strong customer focus, and report on performance against targets while expanding the service portfolio and maintaining quality standards. This role is hybrid.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineering.
• 8+ years of Service Business Management experience in Mexico.
• Experience in Customer Service and Contract Management / Install Base Management.
• Proven Team Leadership experience.
• Project Management experience in large projects (3M USD+) for mining, oil & gas, utilities, or building sectors.
• Advanced English required.

Responsabilidades

• Implement service strategy and drive service growth at the unit level.
• Lead the Service organization and manage P&L to meet targets.
• Drive process development based on customer feedback (NPS).
• Ensure delivery and performance standards for quality and customer satisfaction.
• Invest in expanding the service portfolio and profitability within responsibility.
