This Position Reports To: Business Manager – Commercial & Operations

Your Role: Own the Challenge. As a Sales Support Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the assigned Sales organization (division and market) and customers throughout the proposal process. You will act as a technical resource, preparing product and technology descriptions, estimating costs, and compiling final documentation.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical guidance and solutions in response to inquiries from customers, sales channels, and Sales Specialists regarding ABB products, systems, and applications.
• Conduct analytical and diagnostic assessments to identify optimal technical solutions that meet customer needs and address complex inquiries.
• Support the development and maintenance of new sales opportunities, resolve specific customer issues, and contribute to achieving targets related to orders, Net Price Variance (NPV), and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
• Ensure budget goals are met, including volume targets and profitable growth, across all assigned product groups and markets.
