Formación

• Prior retail experience is preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action accordingly.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and move around the store.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer service to generate sales.
• Drive brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Use store tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support colleagues through knowledge sharing and cooperation.
• Recommend looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Handle register transactions accurately per cash procedures.
• Restock and organize merchandise and maintain store standards.
• Assist in backroom operations and replenishment SOPs.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy and escalate when needed.
• Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
