American Eagle Outfitters is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver an exceptional shopping experience and meet daily sales goals in our Mexico store. You will use knowledge of AE loyalty programs, promote brand channels, and assist customers with fashion guidance while maintaining a neat store environment.

Role requires flexible scheduling, strong communication, teamwork, and proficiency with technology to support smooth cash handling and merchandise presentation.

Formación

Responsabilidades

• Deliver exceptional customer experience to achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive brand loyalty through knowledge of loyalty programs.
• Provide product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees and assist in customer interactions.
• Suggest looks and trends based on customer style.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands.
• Perform register sales transactions accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returns and manage damaged merchandise.
• Maintain clean, organized sales floor and stockroom.
• Handle shipments, floorsets, markdowns and replenishment per SOP.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with policy.
• Understand and adhere to company policies.
