American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in León, Mexico to provide an exceptional shopping experience and drive sales. You will engage customers, promote loyalty programs, and maintain a neat and welcoming store environment.

Role requires flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends, strong communication, teamwork, and comfort with technology and store systems.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and sales leadership team.
• Ability to work well within a team and receive feedback.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with occasional breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsabilidades

• Deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs.
• Leverage store tools and tech to provide product knowledge and boost sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on their style and current promotions.
• Promote AE and aerie brands and channel awareness to customers.
• Process register sales quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations; label damaged items.
• Maintain neat, clean and safe store and backroom SOPs.
• Handle merchandise from shipment through replenishment with SOP adherence.
• Resolve customer concerns per company policy with leadership support.
• Adhere to all company policies.
