American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Mexico City area to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales, inform customers about loyalty programs, and utilize store technology to provide product knowledge and efficient service.

The role requires excellent communication, teamwork, and a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends. You will help maintain a neat store and support a positive Customer First culture across shifts.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and teams.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Able to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Use store tools and technology to provide product knowledge and enhance customer engagement.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and helping with tasks.
• Outfit customers with key looks based on individual style and current promotions.
• Promote awareness of AE and aerie brands and channels to customers.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash control procedures.
