Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to receive feedback and take action when appropriate.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods with short breaks.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment.
• Ability to perform all essential job functions.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and meet daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers of loyalty programs and how to use them.
• Use company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Suggest key looks and current promotions to match the customer’s style.
• Promote the AE and aerie brands and guide customers to additional channels.
• Process register transactions quickly and accurately per cash handling procedures.
• Restock returned merchandise to correct locations and label damaged items appropriately.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized sales floor, cash wrap, fitting rooms, and stockroom.
