American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a Sales Associate in Puebla, Mexico, to deliver an exceptional shopping experience. You will drive sales with knowledgeable service while keeping the store neat and well-presented at all times.

The role requires leveraging AE loyalty programs and current promotions to boost customer engagement. You will collaborate with the store team to meet daily sales goals, manage transactions, and assist in stock replenishment and merchandising.

Formación

• Previous retail experience preferred.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with customers and team.
• Demonstrated collaborative skills and ability to work well within a team.
• Able to stand and move about for extended periods.
• Available to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proficient with technology.

Responsabilidades

• Consistently demonstrate the AEO Customer First selling standards to deliver a positive customer experience and achieve daily sales goals.
• Drive AE brand loyalty by informing customers about loyalty programs.
• Leverage company tools to provide product knowledge and maximize sales.
• Support fellow employees by sharing knowledge and assisting in customer interactions.
• Outfit the customer by suggesting key looks and current promotions.
• Maintain store environment and assist in backroom SOP and stock replenishment.
• Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy and escalate when needed.
