PayJoy is seeking a Senior Account Manager in Mexico City to nurture strategic partnerships and drive profitable growth across an assigned portfolio. You will lead a team, coordinate cross-functional efforts, and manage marketing/channel initiatives to maximize partner exposure and revenue.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in account management/trade marketing, a business degree, strong negotiation and data-analysis skills, and a proven track record building high-performing sales teams.

Formación

• 5+ years of account management/trade marketing with carriers, retailers, and distributors.
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field.
• Proven track record building and leading sales teams.
• Action-oriented and energetic in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Proficiency in conflict resolution and proactive problem-solving.
• High proficiency in analyzing data to inform decisions and drive strategy.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and execute account plans driving profitable growth for a group of accounts.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders as primary contact.
• Lead a team of direct reports and cross-functional teams to meet goals.
• Use data and analytics to assess account performance and identify opportunities.
• Communicate insights and align strategies to exceed growth targets.
• Oversee contract negotiations, renewals, and amendments with compliance.
