Job summary

PayJoy, Inc is seeking a Business Development Retail Manager to drive sustainable retail growth across PayJoy Mexico’s points of sale. You will oversee inventory, risk metrics, and the execution of promotions to achieve sales targets.

You will design store visitation routes, set differentiated targets, and coordinate cross-functionally to resolve issues and maximize customer experience across the network.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets data interpretation and dashboard reading skills.
• Meticulous with inventory, risk metrics, and route planning.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the territory.

Responsibilities

• Lead sustainable, profitable growth of PayJoy Mexico’s retail network and manage POS performance.
• Ensure right inventory levels and healthy credit risk metrics across stores.
• Design and execute promotions and campaigns with ROI-focused evaluation.
• Plan store visit routes and set sales targets by location using market potential.
• Resolve operational issues across IT, Supply Chain, Finance, and Risk.
• Provide field-based feedback and development plans to POS teams.
• Consolidate sales, inventory, risk, and KPI data for executive reporting.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to translate corporate decisions into field execution.

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, Economics, or a related field
