A luxury resort in Nayarit is seeking a Restaurant Chef to elevate culinary experiences while managing kitchen operations. Candidates should have a minimum of 2 years as a Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef, with a strong background in renowned restaurants. Bilingual in Spanish and English is required, and a culinary arts degree is preferred. This full-time position offers a unique opportunity to contribute to a dynamic culinary team.

Formación

  • Minimum 2 years experience as Sous Chef or Restaurant Chef.
  • At least 3 years in renowned restaurants or catering companies.
  • Full flexibility to work weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

  • Set the direction of day-to-day operations with the Executive Chef.
  • Assist with menu development and maintain preparation standards.
  • Order products and manage vendor relations.
