Job summary

Atomic HR is hiring a Web Analyst to own tag management, deployment, and conversion tracking across multiple client sites. You will configure GTM, build data layers, and implement server-side tagging where it improves measurement.

You will ensure data accuracy from click to CRM and work with the Data & Analytics team to keep campaigns measurable. You will also audit tags, debug issues, and maintain privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA) while documenting tagging plans for internal teams.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in marketing/agency environments.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience with event configuration, key events, and DebugView.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client environments, including GTM structure, triggers, and data layers.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration with major ad platforms (pixels and CAPI).
• Maintain QA, debugging, and data integrity across client websites and GA4 DebugView.
• Manage data privacy compliance including cookie consent and GDPR/CCPA alignment.
• Support documentation, tagging plans, and cross-team enablement with clear data narratives.
