Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking in GTM, manage data layers, and ensure accurate data from click to CRM entry.

You will configure events for leads and inquiries, maintain tagging plans, and collaborate with Paid Media and Web Services to keep campaigns measurable and reports trustworthy.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency or marketing environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience including event configuration and DebugView.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and data layer across multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration with ad platforms using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging, and data integrity across client websites; verify events in GA4 and platform Events Managers.
