Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics, tag deployment, and conversion tracking across client sites. You will implement and troubleshoot GTM-based tracking, connect events to major ad platforms, and ensure data integrity from click to CRM entry.

You'll partner with the Data & Analytics team to scale tracking for education and nonprofit partners, while maintaining privacy compliance and clear documentation for cross-team use.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and CAPI configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom script implementation, and skilled use of GTM Preview mode and browser developer tools.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms, and how tracking decisions affect Paid Media KPIs.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with growth orientation and strong communication; education marketing experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment—deploy, configure, and maintain pixels and scripts in GTM for a multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration—connect website activity to major ad platforms and GA4 end-to-end.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity—audit tags, fix data discrepancies, and verify events before campaigns go live.
• Own data privacy compliance—manage cookie banners and consent mode across client sites.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement—maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
