Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across client websites. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot setup issues across major paid platforms, and ensure airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You will report to the Data and Analytics Manager and help scale the agency's education and nonprofit partners with measurable campaigns and trustworthy reports.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing/agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, triggers, variables, data layer, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client environment using GTM.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration with ad platforms using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity across client websites and platforms.
