Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across client sites in a remote setting. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot setup issues across ad platforms, and ensure airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You’ll join a growing Data & Analytics team reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager. You’ll own tag management, conversion tracking, QA, privacy compliance, and cross-team documentation to enable

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms with pixel and CAPI knowledge (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting; proficient with GTM Preview and browser dev tools.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management; impact of tracking decisions on paid media KPIs.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with strong communication skills; education marketing experience is valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — manage pixels, tags, and scripts in GTM; build data layers; manage multi-client containers.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect site activity to ad platforms using pixels and CAPI; configure events.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, resolve data discrepancies, verify events in GA4 DebugView before launches.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie consent and consent mode to align with GDPR/CCPA and privacy changes.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
