Atomic Hr is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across multiple client education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure events, and ensure data integrity from first click to CRM entry.

As part of the Data & Analytics team, you will troubleshoot across ad platforms, maintain data layers, and ensure GDPR/CCPA compliance while enabling clear, actionable reporting for non-technical stakeholders.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI) configuration for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom script implementation, and skilled use of GTM Preview mode and browser developer tools.
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms, and of how tracking decisions affect Paid Media performance KPIs.
• An analytical, solution-driven mindset with a growth orientation, and strong communication skills that turn technical tracking concepts into clear narratives for non-technical audiences — education marketing experience (traditional or online) is especially valued

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build data layers; manage container structure across multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging where it improves measurement accuracy.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect website activity to paid ad platforms using browser pixels and Conversions APIs; configure standard and custom events for reporting and optimization; maintain events in GA4 from click to CRM entry.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit broken tags, dropped events, and data discrepancies; troubleshoot mismatches across ad platforms, GA4, and CRM; run routine tag health audits.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie banners and consent mode; align tracking with GDPR/CCPA; monitor changes that affect durability and adjust.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; translate business requirements into tracking solutions; document setups for teams
