Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to join its Data and Analytics team. You will own web analytics and pixel deployment, implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, and ensure data collection from client sites is airtight from first click to CRM entry.

You will connect website activity to paid platforms, configure events in GA4, audit tags, and uphold GDPR/CCPA compliance while documenting tagging plans for cross-team enablement.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms, with working knowledge of pixel and Conversion API (CAPI).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.

Responsabilités

• Own tag management & deployment — deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build data layers; manage container structure across multi-client environment; implement server-side tagging where it improves measurement.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect website activity to paid ad platforms using browser pixels and CAPI; configure events for reporting and optimization; maintain GA4 event tracking from click to CRM entry.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit and debug broken tags, data discrepancies; verify events in GA4 DebugView before campaigns go live.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie banners and consent mode; align with GDPR/CCPA; monitor changes affecting tracking durability.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans and QA checklists; translate business requirements into tracking solutions.
