Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own tagging and analytics for a growing portfolio of education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via GTM, configure events across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, and LinkedIn, and ensure data quality from first click to CRM entry.

You'll collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to maintain data layers, troubleshoot issues, and enforce privacy compliance across GDPR and CCPA.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing or agency environments.
• Experience configuring GTM, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Experience with GA4 event configuration and debugging across platforms.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments using GTM and data layers.
• Connect website activity to ad platforms using browser pixels and CAPI, configure standard/ custom events.
• Audit, debug, and ensure data integrity across GA4, ad platforms, and CRM.
• Manage cookie consent and privacy compliance in line with GDPR/CCPA.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team understanding of data flows.
