Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across education and nonprofit clients. You’ll implement tracking via GTM, troubleshoot across paid media platforms, and ensure accurate data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You’ll drive QA, privacy compliance, and cross-team enablement, partnering with the Data & Analytics team to scale measurement across a growing portfolio. Strong communication and GA4 expertise are essential to success.

Formación

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing or agency environment.

Responsabilidades

• Own tag management and deployment using GTM; manage data layers and container structure across multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn; configure and maintain events in GA4 from click to CRM entry.
• Own QA, debugging and data integrity across client websites; verify events in GA4 DebugView before campaigns go live.
• Own data privacy compliance; manage cookie consent and consent mode per GDPR/CCPA and privacy regulations.
• Support documentation and cross-team enablement; maintain tagging plans and QA checklists; translate requirements into tracking solutions.
