Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across client sites for education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via GTM, troubleshoot across paid media platforms, and ensure airtight data from click to CRM entry.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you will QA tags, maintain data privacy compliance, and document tagging plans to enable cross-team insights while supporting a scalable measurement backbone.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment—deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in Google Tag Manager; build data layers and manage container structure across multiple clients.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration—connect site activity to ad platforms using pixels and CAPI; configure events for leads, inquiries, and CRM entries.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity—audit tags, debug events, and ensure data consistency across platforms and GA4.
• Own data privacy compliance—manage cookie banners and consent modes; align with GDPR, CCPA, and privacy regulations.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement—maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
