Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment across client sites. You will implement tracking with Google Tag Manager, configure Conversion APIs, and ensure data from first click to CRM entry is accurate.

You will QA tags, maintain data privacy compliance, and collaborate with Paid Media and Web Services to ensure scalable, trustworthy reporting for education and nonprofit partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in a marketing/agency setting.
• Experience planning deploying and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms.
• Proficiency with GTM, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Strong GA4 configuration, DebugView, and event verification workflow.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA and consent management implications for paid media.
• Ability to translate technical tracking concepts for non-technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments using GTM.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integrations (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
• Own QA, debugging, and data integrity across websites and CRM integrations.
• Own data privacy compliance including consent banners and GDPR/CCPA alignment.
• Support documentation, tagging plans, and cross-team enablement with clear data narratives.
