Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment for education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, build data layers, and ensure pixel accuracy from first click to CRM entry.

You will collaborate with the Data & Analytics team to troubleshoot, QA, and maintain GDPR/CCPA compliance while translating complex tracking concepts for non-technical partners.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics or tracking within marketing/agency environments.
• Proficient with GTM containers, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Hands-on GA4 experience including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting.
• Understanding of GDPR/CCPA and consent management practices.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management, deployment, and GTM container structure across multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking and platform integration using pixels and CAPI across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity across client websites; verify events in GA4 DebugView before launch.
• Maintain privacy compliance and consent configurations in client sites.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team data interpretation.
