Job summary

Atomic Hr is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture for education and nonprofit clients. You’ll implement tracking via Google Tag Manager and troubleshoot across paid media platforms to ensure accurate data from first click to CRM entry.

Reporting to the Data & Analytics Manager, you’ll manage GTM containers, data layers, and server-side tagging, ensure QA and data integrity, and uphold GDPR/CCPA privacy standards.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics or tagging within marketing/agency settings.
• Hands-on GTM, data-layer, and event implementation.
• Experience with privacy regulations (GDPR/CCPA) and consent tools.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments.
• Configure conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat.
• QA, debugging, and data integrity across platforms and CRM integrations.
• Ensure privacy compliance and consent management across sites.
• Document tagging plans and enable cross-team understanding.
