Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own the web analytics and pixel deployment architecture across multiple education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot across paid ad platforms, and ensure airtight data collection from first click to CRM entry.

You will lead tag management, conversion tracking, and QA, while ensuring privacy compliance under GDPR/CCPA and other regulations.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics in an agency or marketing environment.
• Experience with GTM containers, triggers, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn).
• Strong GA4 experience: event configuration, key events, DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML/CSS/JS for troubleshooting and scripts in GTM.
• UnderstandingGDPR/CCPA privacy requirements and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management: deploy, configure, and maintain pixels, tags, and scripts in GTM; manage data layers.
• Own conversion tracking: connect site activity to ad platforms; configure standard and custom events.
• Own QA: audit and debug tags, events, and data inconsistencies; run health checks.
• Own data privacy compliance: manage cookie consent and privacy rules across client sites.
• Support documentation: tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists for teams.
