Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics, pixel deployment, and data collection architecture for education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot across ad platforms, and ensure airtight data from click to CRM entry.

You will configure standard and custom events in GA4, manage data layers, and maintain privacy compliance across GDPR/CCPA. This role reports to the Data & Analytics Manager and offers remote work with a high-visibility

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in an agency/marketing setting.
• Experience building and debugging GTM containers, data layers, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning and troubleshooting conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• Hands-on GA4 experience, with event configuration and DebugView proficiency.
• Basic HTML/CSS/JS for tag troubleshooting and browser tools usage.
• Knowledge of GDPR/CCPA or privacy compliance and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management and deployment across multi-client environments in GTM.
• Own conversion tracking and integrations with ad platforms and CRM.
• Own QA, debugging, and data integrity across client sites and reports.
• Own data privacy compliance, consent banners, and regulation alignment.
• Support documentation, tagging plans, and cross-team enablement.
