Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment across multiple clients in education and nonprofit sectors. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, troubleshoot integration issues across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Snapchat, and ensure data collection from client sites is accurate from first click to CRM entry.

Reporting to the Data and Analytics Manager, you will maintain GTM structures, perform QA, ensure privacy compliance (GDPR, CCPA), and

Qualifications

• 3+ years in web analytics or tracking in marketing/agency.
• Proficient with GTM containers, triggers and data layer.
• Experience deploying conversion tracking across Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn.
• GA4 implementation and debugging experience.
• Understanding GDPR/CCPA and consent management.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management: deploy pixels in GTM and manage data layers.
• Own conversion tracking: connect site activity to ad platforms and GA4.
• Own QA and data integrity: audit tags and fix data discrepancies.
• Own privacy compliance: manage cookie banners and consent mode.
• Documentation: tagging plans and cross-team knowledge sharing.
