Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own tag management, conversion tracking, and data integrity across multi-client education and nonprofit partners. You will implement tracking via Google Tag Manager, configure events for Meta, Google Ads, and more, and ensure GA4 data is accurate from click to CRM entry.

The role emphasizes privacy compliance (GDPR/CCPA), QA rigor, and documentation, with a remote, async-friendly team environment and high-visibility impact on client campaigns.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging
• Practical experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn)
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting and custom script implementation
• Understanding of data privacy requirements (GDPR, CCPA) and consent management platforms
• An analytical, solution-driven mindset with a growth orientation, and strong communication skills for non-technical audiences, with education marketing experience valued

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment across multi-client environment, including GTM containers, triggers, variables, and data layers; consider server-side tagging for accuracy.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration; configure events for Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn; ensure GA4 event tracking from click to CRM entry.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity; audit tags, resolve discrepancies, verify events in GA4 DebugView before campaigns go live.
• Own data privacy compliance; manage cookie banners and consent mode; stay aligned with GDPR/CCPA and privacy changes.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement; maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists; translate requirements into tracking solutions.
