Job summary

Atomic HR is seeking a Web Analyst to own web analytics and pixel deployment across education and nonprofit clients. You will implement tracking in GTM, connect site activity to Meta, Google Ads, TikTok and more, and ensure data quality from click to CRM entry.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of hands-on tracking or web analytics experience in a marketing or agency environment.
• Intermediate experience with GTM containers, trigger and variable creation, data layer implementation, and server-side tagging.
• Experience planning, deploying, and troubleshooting conversion tracking across major ad platforms (Meta, Google Ads, TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat).
• Hands-on GA4 experience, including event configuration, key events, and DebugView.
• Comfort with HTML, CSS selectors, and basic JavaScript for tag troubleshooting; proficient in GTM Preview mode and browser dev tools.
• Understanding of GDPR, CCPA and consent management; awareness of how tracking decisions affect KPIs.
• Analytical, solution-driven mindset with ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences; education marketing experience valued.

Responsibilities

• Own tag management & deployment — manage pixels, tags, scripts in GTM across multi-client environment.
• Own conversion tracking & platform integration — connect site activity to ad platforms using pixels and CAPI.
• Own QA, debugging & data integrity — audit tags, fix data discrepancies, verify in GA4 and platform tools.
• Own data privacy compliance — manage cookie banners and consent modes per GDPR/CCPA.
• Support documentation & cross-team enablement — maintain tagging plans, naming conventions, and QA checklists.
