Resolv Global is seeking an animal-loving professional to provide exceptional English-speaking customer service for veterinary-related inquiries from Mexico. This remote, full-time independent contractor role offers paid training and weekly pay.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, document interactions in the CRM, and follow clinic procedures with empathy, accuracy, and professionalism.

Formación

• Must currently reside in México and be eligible for remote work.
• Minimum experience in call center or customer service.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows.
• Strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Professional and empathetic communication, even in sensitive conversations.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and inquiries.
• Follow clinic procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone in all interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by delivering exceptional customer service.
