Resolv Global is seeking Veterinary Client Support Representatives to assist veterinary clinics across the United States by handling calls, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions with empathy.

This remote role is Mexico-based, independent contractor, and offers weekly pay with paid training. Candidates should have prior call center or customer service experience and strong English communication skills.

Formación

• Must reside in México.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Remote work experience welcomed.
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Clear pronunciation with minimal accent.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems accurately.
• Escalate urgent concerns per established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone in sensitive conversations.
• Support veterinary clinics with exceptional customer service experiences.
• Manage multiple systems and tasks with accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
