Resolv Global is seeking a Veterinary Client Support Representative to join our remote team serving U.S. veterinary clinics. You will handle inbound/outbound calls, schedule appointments, and document interactions with care and empathy, ensuring a smooth client experience.

Ideal candidates reside in México, have prior call center or customer service experience, and speak English clearly. This full-time remote contractor role includes paid training and weekly pay.

Formación

• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Ability to follow procedures and document interactions.
• Residency in México (remote role).

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive customer interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
