Resolv Global is seeking a Veterinary Client Support Representative to assist pet owners and veterinary practices by handling inbound calls, scheduling appointments, and documenting interactions with compassion and professionalism from a remote Mexico location.

This full-time independent contractor role requires excellent English communication, prior call center or remote customer service experience, and the ability to follow detailed procedures. Training is provided; weekly pay is issued.

Formación

• Must have previous call center or customer service experience.
• Excellent English communication skills both written and spoken.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive customer interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
• Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
