Resolv Global is seeking Veterinary Client Support Representatives to assist U.S. veterinary clinics remotely from Mexico.

You will handle inbound and outbound calls, schedule appointments, document interactions, and deliver compassionate customer service to pet owners and clinics. The role requires strong English communication, experience in call centers or customer service, and the ability to follow detailed procedures while maintaining accuracy and empathy.

Formación

• Must currently reside in México and have remote work experience.
• Previous call center or customer service experience is required.
• Excellent English communication skills, with clear pronunciation.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows with accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and inquiries.
• Follow clinic procedures and document interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate, professional tone during sensitive interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by delivering exceptional customer service.
