This fully remote, México-only role requires handling inbound/outbound calls, scheduling, and documenting interactions with a compassionate, professional approach.

Applicants should have call center or customer service experience, strong English skills, and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

Formación

• Must reside in México.
• Previous call center or customer service experience.
• Previous remote work experience.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Clear pronunciation with minimal accent.
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to follow detailed procedures and workflows.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Professional and empathetic communication style.
• Immediate availability preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Follow clinic-specific procedures, workflows, and documentation requirements.
• Accurately document customer interactions within CRM and scheduling systems.
• Escalate urgent concerns according to established procedures.
• Maintain a compassionate and professional tone during sensitive customer interactions.
• Support veterinary clinics by providing exceptional customer service experiences.
• Manage multiple systems and tasks while maintaining accuracy and efficiency.
• Meet attendance, productivity, and quality expectations.
