Resolv Global is seeking a Veterinary Client Support Representative to assist pet owners and veterinary clinics across the United States from a remote Mexico-based position. You will handle calls, schedule appointments, document interactions, and deliver a compassionate customer experience in a fast-paced environment.

This English-speaking role requires strong communication, empathy, and the ability to follow detailed procedures.

Formación

• Must reside in México.
• Call center or customer service experience required.
• Remote position with English proficiency.
• Experience with remote work preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls professionally and efficiently.
• Assist pet owners with appointment scheduling, rescheduling, and general inquiries.
• Document interactions in CRM and scheduling systems.
