Qualifications

• Three or more years of telesales or outbound sales experience.
• Experience using an automatic or predictive dialer.
• Strong objection-handling and persuasive communication.
• Experience meeting call/transfer/appointment targets.
• Clear and professional spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Make continuous outbound calls through an automatic dialer.
• Gain attention and establish the purpose of the call quickly.
• Ask required qualification questions.
• Listen to the consumer and respond to concerns.
• Handle rejection and time objections.
• Explain why speaking with the sales rep may be valuable.
• Ask for immediate live transfers to a receiving rep.
• Record accurate notes and dispositions.
• Follow campaign scripts and opt-out requirements.
• Maintain call quality while meeting performance targets.
